Mr. SARON MESSEMBE OBIA is an Author and Expert in International Security specializing in cybercrime, cybersecurity, cyber diplomacy, organized crimes, artificial intelligence, counter terrorism, stadia security, intelligence and money laundering. He is the brain behind ‘the Triangular Theory of Crimes’ also known as ‘the Triangular Theory Model of Crime’. A distinguish fellow of Average Mohammed Organization and author of the following books: ‘Cybercrime and AI State Money and Power’; ‘Online Services and Lab Glass: Forensic Investigation and Cloud Computing’; ‘The Criminal Mind in the Age of Globalization’; ‘Shaping Political Discourse in Cameroon Translators, Interpreters, Military and Civilians’; ‘Weaponized Drones. Terrorism in Africa, Al Qaeda, Al Shabaab, Boko Haram & ISIS’; ‘Jihadist Tendencies in West Africa: Boko Haram’s Game – Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow’; ‘What is Putin Doing? Russia-Ukraine Crisis Sanctions, Peace and Security in The 21st Century’; and ‘Jihadist Tendencies and Global Terrorism on Soft Targets’ which address security dynamics in Africa and across the world.
Mr. Saron holds an MSc. in Security Studies (Cybersecurity and Counter Terrorism) from the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa (PAID-WA), PGD in Criminology and Security Management (PAID-WA), A Certified Cyber Criminologist at the Applied Criminology Network International Academy in Abuja-Nigeria and a Certified Public Policy Analyst at the Nkafu Policy Institute Yaoundé- Cameroon. Currently, he serves as a Theorists Coordinator at Cyber Jurisprudence International Initiative (CyJurII), Researcher at the Research Institute for European and American Studies (RIEAS); Technical Adviser at Ready for Development (RfD), a Cameroonian non-governmental organization; Course Facilitator at Alliance for Social Inclusion Development- Academy of International Law (ASID-AIL); speaker and cybersecurity and artificial intelligence educator at International Center for Conflict, Peace and Legal Studies (ICCPLS) Buea-Cameroon; Cybersecurity instructor at Wilses Cyber Security Solutions-Zambia; Cybersecurity instructor at CyberDefenz, Yaoundé-Cameroon Security Expert and Consultant at IREX AI, U.S based organization, which they work on stadia security, artificial intelligence enhancement and cybersecurity; and a Counter Terrorism Analyst at the Islamic Theology of Counter Terrorism (ITCT-UK) United Kingdom Think Tank.
Mr. Saron is actively involved in research publications and changing the narrative about artificial intelligence, cyber diplomacy and integration of cybersecurity in major sport events. He is a IGC Country Chair at Ishkama Global Change; Ambassador and Member at the Global Socio-Economic and Financial Evolution Network (GSFEN); Researcher on African affairs at Dnepropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs Ukraine. His genius continue to influence the understanding and development of security governance and intelligence cooperation in former organizations: former Assistant Editor and IACSP Representative for Cameroon Publication Division at International Association for Counter-Terrorism and Security Professionals (IACSP SEA); former Researcher at International Team for the Study of Security (ITSS) Verona- Italy; Guest editorial at American Security Today; Researcher at Cyber Physical System Virtual-Organization (CPS-VO) Washington D.C; and as a Senior Consultant for the Federal Republic of Somalia on counter terrorism and violent extremism.
